Stainless steel grade 254 SMO is a highly austenitic stainless steel. It is composed with a blend of impact toughness resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, and pitting and crevice corrosion with strength that is twice that of the stainless steel 300 arrangement. For specific applications, grade 254 SMO has been accounted for to be a financially savvy substitute for high nickel and titanium combinations. It is referred to have phenomenal workability too.
